1) Apply by Completing the Lease Application
2) Review and Sign Your Lease
DRAFT: After we process your application in the step above we will prepare and send you a draft lease agreement per our discussions around the mutual lease terms and needs.
REVIEW: Next, review your lease and contact us to discuss, agree and confirm the final lease terms.
COMMIT: With a final lease draft reviewed OK by you, sign the lease, initial on each page as well and return to us. Deposit funds for your security deposit amount. With BOTH a signed lease and security deposit confirmed is the home finally secured for you, and will no longer be marketed. Congratulations on your new home!
3) Move and Take Occupancy
PREPARE: We will also provide you with a move-in and move-out checklist. Call each provider to change over / turn on your utilities. This will be done in coordination with
the outgoing tenants.
MOVE: Keys and property access are provided to you per the lease start date and upon receipt of 1st month’s rent and full security deposit.
MAKING PAYMENTS (APPLICATION FEE, SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENT)
