1) Apply by Completing the Lease Application

  • DOWNLOAD: When you are ready to sign a lease, simply click on the PDF link above and download the application. Print and fill out the application form in its entirety; sign and initial each page. Do not leave any areas incomplete.

  • APPLY: Return the form to us directly.  If it is more convenient, you may also Scan & Fax the application back to us.  Your application must include a photocopy of your drivers license, income/employment verification (2 most recent pay stubs OR a contact at your company human resources department) & provide a non-refundable $35 application fee payment (see below).  If you can scan the application into a pdf or electronic file and email this will make it quicker for us to process.  You can do this at most hotels or at any FedEx Office store for a nominal fee.  Note: Corporate sponsored tenants should also provide a contact who will be representing you, as this can simplify your steps.

  • PROCESS: Executive at Home will process your application with our credit bureau upon receiving both your application and payment, and will call you back within 2-6 hrs to confirm approval or status.  Applications received after late in the business day may have to wait until the next business day to confirm approval due to processing time.  Applications received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for Monday review.

  • APPROVE: Critical factors considered when approving any application are credit history, employment income plus other income, your DTI ratio, completeness and integrity of the application and eviction history.  The application is assessed in its entirety, not on a single factor.

 

2) Review and Sign Your Lease

 

  • DRAFT: After we process your application in the step above we will prepare and send you a draft lease agreement per our discussions around the mutual lease terms and needs.

  • REVIEW: Next, review your lease and contact us to discuss, agree and confirm the final lease terms.

  • COMMIT: With a final lease draft reviewed OK by you, sign the lease, initial on each page as well and return to us.  Deposit funds for your security deposit amount.  With BOTH a signed lease and security deposit confirmed is the home finally secured for you, and will no longer be marketed.  Congratulations on your new home!

 

3) Move and Take Occupancy

 

  • PREPARE: We will also provide you with a move-in and move-out checklist.  Call each provider to change over / turn on your utilities.  This will be done in coordination with the outgoing tenants.

  • MOVE: Keys and property access are provided to you per the lease start date and upon receipt of 1st month’s rent and full security deposit.

 

MAKING PAYMENTS (APPLICATION FEE, SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENT)

 

  • Your $35 Application fee, initial security deposit and monthly rent payments can all be made via one of the following three methods:

  1. PERSONAL CHECK:  Please make all checks payable to Executive at Home LLC.   Either mail or deposit in person at the nearest Wells Fargo branch: https://www.wellsfargo.com/locator.  Contact us for the mailing address and correct account number for deposits made in branch offices.

  2. ONLINE BILL PAY: Contact your bank to confirm the exact steps but below is a simple overview of how the online bill pay process works:
    • Set up your payee. Contact Executive at Home LLC for the business mailing address and account number. For your convenience your bank will save all the information so you don't have to re-enter it next time.
    • Schedule your payment. Confirm both the amount you want to pay and when - it's usually up to three to five business days before you want the money to get there.
    • Your payment is sent. Your bank deducts the money from the account you indicate and send it to us, exactly as you instructed. If you choose, your bank can send you an email confirming that the payment has been sent.
    • Benefits. Use Bill Pay to keep track of your payment history.  For monthly rent payments, you can even make the whole process work automatically if you want.
