W-2 earners we require you most recent last 30 days of pay stubs. New employees at a new job attach an employment and income verification letter from your HR representative. Self employed earners require tax returns and bank statements.

Provide us with your key terms such as possession date, duration, et al. We will draft you a lease and revert. Review and sign your lease.
Receipt of your (a) security deposit and your (b) signed lease secures your home and is the criteria for us to stop marketing it as “available". Your security deposit and lease payments can be made electronically (Autopay, EFT, Zelle to 563-508-0507) or by stopping in at any Wells Fargo branch location. Talk with your specific banking representative to learn about their Autopay, EFT, ACH and automatic funds transfer process.
